The Our Compliments to You promotion is valid on new and private corporate meetings and events made by planners and direct clients located in the U.S. and Canada and qualified by their Regional Sales Director. Qualified meeting planners who contract from now through March 31, 2020 for travel September 10, 2019 through December 21, 2021 at all AMResorts’ properties (except Spain) are eligible for this promotion.

This promotion waives the per person fees for standard set-up and take down services associated with coffee breaks, one-hour cocktail receptions and private group breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner events. These private functions include basic white linen, hurricane candle centerpieces, flatware, silverware, glassware and service staff used for incentive meetings and corporate events. This promotion does not include lighting, entertainment, special decorations and other event-related customization available for an additional cost based on the resort, items and services chosen.

Waived fees are in USD. This promotion is subject to availability and combinable only with 5% Cash Forward and Diamond Advantages (excluding discounted set-up fees). This promotion is not applicable to resorts in Europe, wedding or social groups or bookings made through tour operators and online travel/travel agencies.
